How to register
To register for an event, you may pay online using paypal. You do not need a paypal account to do this. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please download and print the registration form, fill it out and mail or drop it off with your payment to Prairie Yoga. If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone, please call the studio at (630) 968-3216 and we will take all your necessary information over the phone. Our office staff is part-time so if there is no answer, please leave a message and we will return your call. All returned checks will be charged a $50 fee.
Please register early!
We encourage you to pre-register for all special events. Space is limited so registering early holds your spot and qualifies you for the discount price. Events will be cancelled due to low enrollment. Registering by the early discount deadline helps ensure that the event will be held.

We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover only).
4% transaction fee is added to online and credit card payments for our big events (as noted).
Returned checks will be subject to a $50 return fee.
Refunds for credit card and paypal payments are subject to a 4% transaction fee.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
We understand that plans occasionally change and unanticipated circumstances sometimes arise. Its is therefore necessary that we have consistent refund and credit policies that are fair to you, the studio and the presenter. Thank you for your support.
- For refund requests at least one week prior to the start of the event, you may request a refund less 15%.
- For refund requests less than one week prior to the start of the event, you may request a studio credit less 15%. Credit is good for 6 months and may be used for classes, workshops or special events only.
- For refund requests 24 hours or less before the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
- If you do not show up for an event, no refunds or credit will be given.
- Refunds for credit card payments are subject to an additional 4% transaction fee. No exceptions, even if an event is cancelled by Prairie Yoga or the presenter.
- No pro-rates, credits or transfers are available for any of our special events for classes/days that you are absent or unable to attend (includes class series and workshops). We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
- Special refund policy in effect for certain events.If so designated,
- For refund requests at least one month prior to the start of the event, you may request a refund less 15%.
- For refund requests less than one month and more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the event, you may request a refund less 50%.
- No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than two weeks prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or factors outside of our control. If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a refund (If you paid by credit card, the refund is minus 4% credit card/paypal transaction fee).
