General Information
Deposits
$150 deposit holds your spot in the training. This deposit counts toward your tuition fee. The deposit is refunded only for those not accepted into the Program or if the Training is cancelled.
Refunds
The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An applicant fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the applicant is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the 3 days have elapsed the following policies will be followed.
- Trainings that meet weekly or bi-weekly:
- After 3 days of signing the contract and before the first training class, your tuition will be refunded minus $150.
- After the first training class, your tuition will be refunded minus $250.
- After the second training class, your tuition will be refunded minus $500.
- After the third training class, your tuition will be refunded minus $750.
- No refunds are available on the day of the fourth training class or thereafter.
- Trainings that meet monthly:
- After 3 days of signing the contract and before the first training class, your tuition will be refunded minus $150.
- After the first training weekend, your tuition will be refunded minus $500.
- No refunds are available on the first day of the second training weekend or thereafter.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Director, Lori Gaspar.
Terms and Conditions
We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover only).
Returned checks will be subject to a $50 return fee.
Credit Card Payments: All credit card payments will be charged a 3% transaction fee. Refunds for credit card payments subject to an additional 3% fee.
200 Hour Tuition
$2975 Early Price if paid in full 4 weeks prior to first day of class.
$3300 Regular Price if paid in full 2 weeks before first day of class.
$3500 Late Price if paid in full 1-13 days before the first day of class.
$150 additional fee for Payment Plans
There are 2 payment plan options available. If you make your first payment less than 2 weeks prior to the first training class, you will be subject to the $200 additional Late Price.
- Payment Plan Option 1:
- $1650 is due 1 month prior to first day of class, with remaining balance paid $360 per month for next consecutive 5 months.
- Payment Plan Option 2: (4) Payments of $862.50 each:
- Payment 1 is due 1 month prior to first day of class;
- Payment 2 is due 1 month after the first day of class;
- Payment 3 is due 3 months after the first day of class; and
- Payment 4 is due 5 months after the first day of class.
Late Tuition Payments: Late payments will be assessed a $25 fee for each week past the due date. In addition to late fees, if tuition payment is more than 3 weeks late the student will not be allowed in training classes until balance is brought current. Any training classes missed due to late payments must be made-up.
Elective workshops, anatomy training, philosophy training, props and books are not included in tuition fees.

500 Hour Tuition
500 hour Part 1: 10-week course
$800 by August 19, 2011
$925 thereafter. You must be paid in full by Tuesday, September 15, 2011.
500 hour Part 2: 27-week course
$2700 by December 16, 2011
$2900 thereafter. Unless, you are on a pre-approved payment plan, you must be paid in full by Tuesday, January 10, 2012.
$3300 Special discount price if you register and pay in full for both courses at same time by August 19, 2011.
Elective and required workshops, anatomy training, props and books are not included in tuition fees.
Payment plan for 500 hour Part 2 Advanced Training:
There are 2 payment plan options available:
- Payment Plan Option 1: (9) Monthly Payments of $300.00 each.
Payment 1 is due December 13, 2011;
Payment 2 is due January 11, 2012;
Payment 3 is due February 14, 2012;
Payment 4 is due March 13, 2012;
Payment 5 is due April 17, 2012;
Payment 6 is due May 15, 2012;
Payment 7 is due June 12, 2012;
Payment 8 is due July 17, 2012;
Payment 9 is due August 15, 2012.
- Payment Plan Option 2: (4) Payments of $675.00 each.
Payment 1 is due December 13, 2011;
Payment 2 is due February 15, 2012;
Payment 3 is due April 15, 2012;
Payment 4 is due June 15, 2012.
