Established in 2006, our Registered Yoga Alliance School has trained over 250 yoga teachers with a top satisfaction rate. Our primary faculty each have over a decade of experience training yoga teachers; are master level teachers who have taught thousands of hours of yoga classes, private lessons and workshops; are 500 E-RYT and registered with Yoga Alliance. We provide an intelligent, contemporary approach deeply rooted in ancient wisdom. Our trainings are a blend of multiple classic styles, combining the precision of alignment-based yoga, the breath-synchronized flow of ashtanga vinyasa and the emphasis on adaptation to the individual from Krishnamacharya.

You will learn how to use tools and techniques from all eight limbs of yoga to gain deep insight and clarity, empowering you to teach from your own heart-felt path.
