We offer one of the Midwest’s most respected and comprehensive yoga teacher training programs. Our programs are rich, in-depth studies that provide a foundation for all styles of teaching and practicing.
Plunge Deep into the Practice of Yoga
We encourage each trainee to plunge deep into the ocean of yoga, to discover the transformative power of the practice. We provide an intelligent, contemporary approach deeply rooted in ancient wisdom. Our trainings are a blend of multiple classic styles, combining the precision of alignment-based yoga, the breath-synchronized flow of ashtanga vinyasa and the emphasis on adaptation to the individual from Krishnamacharya.

You will learn how to use tools and techniques from all eight limbs of yoga to gain deep insight and clarity, empowering you to teach from your own heart-felt path. We place a strong emphasis on teaching skills and creating a safe, supportive environment for challenging and guiding students to deep levels of awareness.

| Continuing Education for Yoga Teachers Prairie Yoga Trainings, Workshops and Special Events are approved CEUs with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance requires that all RYTs complete a minimum of 30 CEUS within a three year period. |
