We will respond to your application within a few days of receipt of $100 application fee. Upon acceptance into the training program, you will be provided with a Trainee Agreement which you are required to read and sign. The Trainee Agreement outlines the policies and certification requirements of the training program. Your application fee will be refunded only if you are not accepted.

The $100 application processing fee is used to review your application and is non-refundable. Your application fee will be refunded if you are not accepted.

Upon request, refunds will be provided as follows:
• Before the first training class*, your tuition will be refunded minus $150.
• On the day of or after the first training class*, your tuition will be refunded minus $250.
• On the day of the second training class*, your tuition will be refunded minus $500.
• No refunds are available after the second training class*.
• If you withdraw from the training and qualify for a refund, you will be charged a $22 drop-in fee for each class used from the 10 pack and the remaining unused classes in the 10 pack will be canceled.
• If you are on a payment plan and withdraw from the course after the 2nd training class, you are required to continue making payments until the tuition has been paid in full and will not receive a refund.
• You must return your teacher training manual to receive your refund.
• All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.Requests for withdrawal and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Director, Lori Gaspar, at email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.*Training class means each calendar day we meet for teacher training.

Credit Card Payments
All credit card payments will be charged a 4.5% transaction fee.
Late Tuition Payments
Late payments will be assessed a $25 fee for each week past the due date. In addition to late fees, the student will not be allowed in training classes until balance is brought current. Any training classes missed due to late payments must be made-up at the student’s cost.
Elective workshops, anatomy training, philosophy training, props and books are not included in tuition fees.

Special events, series classes, workshops and trainings are not included. FREE class offer begins on the first day of training classes and expires as stated for each individual program (usually shortly after your training classes end). Free class package will be discontinued immediately if you are late in tuition payments or drop out of the training. No exceptions. No cash value. Non-transferable. Non-extendable.
